Given the potentail material magnitude of any agreement with CBA, or a lack of one, I would expect a TH. That would be professional and acceptable.

Closer to the date they should halt it, suspend if need be, until a) the agreement can be published with full transparency on material impact, or b) they announce no agreement and can propose a viable way forward.

A quick 'no agreement with NAB'-like ann or a 'trial has ended with no guaranteed service provision' ann will be the death knell for substantial investor support.
