If existing shareholders dont take out their rights then GCH will just mop their shares up as under writers and dilute existing shareholders exposure as they increase their stake in INP past the 20% threshold where the corporactions act take over provision becomes effective.
Its an accelerated rights issue too so there will be limited time for INPs big shareholders to decide. Take it or leave it.
Its the first step and the first move. Lets see if another party comes to the table.
