Lol.. I read this completely different to you then. By doing a quick analysis against the initial release, There has hardly been any movement whatsoever in the Top 20. Niv looks like he picked up a few extra, citicorp picked up an extra 1.1mil (not sure who they are accumulating on behalf of) and another fund has sold like 70k shares. What this says to me is that retail got spooked and have bailed. All other INCLUDING ballieu are holding!
That is why I think they may have released the Top 20.. smart move!
