    Its much easier for him to downramp without having to justify his possition.

    He is an idiot.

    Still, with 5x more debt than equity, i am extreamly skeptical of BNBs health (Dont forget $6.20 is a pre discounted book price. They will not get full price for assets in a fire/distressed sale.)
