It is obviously a speccie, but the market cap reflects that. Due to the company name change most people won't be aware that they've already had pretty good drill results in this area last year.
It is a major nickel producing region and they have access to a lot historical exploration, so adding all those factors to the VTEM, which they are able to correlate to known mineralisation, makes it a decent risk reward play.
