I think most here have overlooked the purpose of the capital raise. Look at the last point - “the placement funds will be used for working capital purposes”. What a JOKE. These funds are to be used to pay wages no wonder Hamish is pleased. Not even a cent goes to funding the construction which is only 63% complete.
