AHZ's manufacturing plant is based in Australia so the cost won't be impacted by exchange rate, similarly most of their staff are based in Australia, only WP and a few director are being paid in USD (per the annual report).
However, someone did contact them about the very significant increase in high staff cost these few quarters and they mention that it was due to the cost incur by "relocation" of staff to the US....which I initially thought were possibly once of expense but you might be correct onto something.
