HI EB. Do have a great time if you are going. This is going to be an interesting meeting with so many developments compared to last year. Please accept my grateful thanks in advance to the possible answers and notes arising from the meeting.
My personal feeling is that FLC would want to list with one year of actual earnings, at least, under the belt. So it would be only in 2021. This way they will say that MABR is not a proof of concept anymore but actually on a J curve and should be valued as such. Also they would like to take the chance to expand the issued cap further so that more room is given for MC expansion. A company at a MC of $1bn to $10bn is still considered a small cap in the US (lol).
