after speaking to Meir I believe this will happen if the shortfall is at these levels.
My interpretation of what might happen
ONLY
1 to 2 mill private investor possibly
2 to 4 mill bank finance if they can get it
4 mill plus CR for $10 mill

If SAS do end up doing CR it won’t be for what’s needed in shortfall it will most probably be for $10 million.
And this is why,
total order for first batch for 6U satellites
Is $8.3 million AU
And they need at least 2.5 mill for operational cost till the first batch is launched.
That is $10.8 mill needed all up from end of June till launch.

Now no one knows what kind of deal they have with globalsat,
But either way they will need to pay this bill so rather do another CR around October for the money they might just do it now and get it over and done with.
Yes maybe in October the SP might be higher and they can do it then for less dilution,
But if we are short closer to the high side of what is need I’ll expect a 10 mill CR and that will definitely cover all expenses.
Either way they will get the money and they will be successful,
That I’m confident and that’s why when I hear they have the money I’ll buy back big again and top up on what I still have in there currently.
