I agree they shouldn't be but just look back over posts since they were deferred. There are comments about their GDA holding not showing on trading platforms, whether GDADA stocks purchased will transfer back to GDA, inability to sell GDADA etc . I think that the whole process could have been handled better as there are a lot of traders confused enough as it is let alone during a transition period such as this. It may have been better to simply leave GDA on a trading halt until administrative matters were settled.
