the other thing I notice is that if they were transferring between related parties they wouldn't be sitting there in the screen. I would assume most of the transferring would be shown as x trades, which there are very few.
I haven't checked but it might be worth looking at who has been selling over the past month. If it is just transferring of stock then you would assume it would be handled by the one broker. Thus showing a high volume on both sell and buy side.
