DWS long cycle cyclical company, page-4

The business is particularly vulnerable to the Melbourne economy and that's the way it has been as long as I have followed them. They've had a Sydney presence for more than 10 years but they appear to struggle to grow outside of Melbourne without making acquisitions. I just wonder what the problem is with this business that it doesn't grow in other capital city markets.
