In hindsight it does make the management of BLA seem totally shifty (their reaction to the Glaucus report last year).
Surely a more high calibre management team accepts that short selling is just part of the market and doesn't have such a hissy fit about it.
Mr. Shand was very quick to exit his BLA position once he left the company (as reported by AFR).
