I've got them spending around $3m for 40m shares, for an average buy price of around 7.5c. All figures from the substantial shareholder notice. At 19c they are up around 153%-- not bad considering they first started buying last month!
I haven't done much research around Regal, but their name has popped up from time to time in stocks I follow, namely GetSwift, Vault, MSL Solutions and Zippay. The first 3 stock have basically lost a large portion of their stock value. ZIP went up multiples of its value. So my impression is that they like risk, and are not afraid to let risk get in the way of a good story with blue sky/big upside potential. I think WSR offers plenty of blue sky -- I can see them offering more credit products if personal loans go well -- so that's probably why Regal is in this, I reckon.
