As long as you know these games are being played then you take advantage if it - because you know there is nothing fundamentally wrong with it.
But what the institutions are doing is illegal and now becoming balatantly obviously as people becoming more informed of their actions.
Management need to be aware so they do not repeat the mistake and the institutions need to be taken out to the cleaners.
