If management wanted to sell the services business would they be required to vote this through the shareholders?
If so we do have the problem that comm bank is a major shareholder and (correct me if I am wrong) also one of the creditors.
Are any of the other major shareholders creditors?

My hope is that any discussion of selling this aspect of the business would only occur in an attempt to "lure" in interested parties for a complete sale/takeover.
