I don't see the NBN as a rusty bike that will fall apart in five years. The fibre that the NBN consists of will be around and utilised for decades.
Want the fancy souped up edition of the bike then you can pay for it yourself. That scream'n devil headlight, tassles and chrome handlegrips plus floral seat is on the consumer IMO.
