Today's price rise is mainly driven by traders rather than fundamentals.
If the company is fundamentally sound, I would argue that its valuation would still be cheap despite today's price rise. However, long term holder would be across the history of the company and how it has decline since the days of Luisa Guthrie.
I used t be a long term longer of the company but sold out not too long after Brett Barnes came on board for two main reasons:
(1) Management has consistently over-promised but under-deliver. I still do not understand why they are persisting with their failed sales and marketing strategy.
(2) Board members have previously taken opportunities to offload despite expressing confidence in the company and buying back at subsequent capital raising at lower prices.
Trade the trade but I am glad that today's share price action gives long term sufferers an opportunity to exit.
