WES look like they have to confirm by tomorrow they are dropping the due diligence clause.
I think it’s unlikely they’ll increase their bid tomorrow as no reason to (no voting/acceptance yet) and period of exclusivity goes for one week further, if they are going to increase the bid it could be at the end of exclusivity.
Their scheme then goes to a vote, plenty of time for other interested parties to try come over the top.
I’m still a no vote at present.
Has anyone thought about organising a Kidman United style group of minor shareholders that could agitate for a better deal?
