Re the news about AVZ setting up a DRC company to get the power station back up and running.
My initial thoughts are that this is AVZ going on the offensive due to delberate stalling tactics by Dathomir, on behalf of the Chinese. Great that AVZ management now appear to be taking positive steps to move things along in a more timely manner.
