others have already answer but I will still answer your question.
The options that were issued today can be traded on the market even though they can only be exercised in 2022.
This means that the value of these options can go up and down just like regular shares
Because the trade for the underlying SAS share is suspended, ASX has to suspend the trade of the options as well.
