.....Which is exactly the approximate time-frame ( 6 months ) to move forward with a TSX / Venture exchange listing.

Given the fact we have had an 8% swing against the required project CAPEX from the DFS in so far as the CAD to AUD cross rate , it is increasingly likely IMO..... and for the reasons I have already posted in regards this matter ; that the next required raising for the Canadian Lithium portfolio will emanate from this region in so far as funding.

Interesting also that one of the requirements for any proposed TSX - venture exchange listing is that it MUST have a combined CEO / CFO and a company Secretary preferably both with domiciled Canadian company management experience. Will also need to watch with interest where we might source the minimum required TWO independent directors which are also mandatory in pursuit of this process. I agree it is becoming obvious that the ' sweet ' spot for a 1 for 10 consolidation and a .10 cent ' mutual ' initial listing price would perhaps be .01 cents which would also dovetail and conveniently coincide with the current SYA parent SP at or around the same relative price.

IMO , the smart money will be anticipating some sort of moves in this regard , and obviously patience,strategy and positioning will play a huge part in ones personal success or demise in currently trading or investing in SYA.

One should also remember , and I have stated this before that there were Analyst reports out of North America over 9 months ago calling for a SYA SP of .01 cents. It's worth mentioning that these reports were not based on Technical analysis but more fundamental events both Macro and Micro to SYA and the Industry. These events are still playing out in this regards with one only having to look at our own backyard here in Australia. In Canada , you don't have to look much further than Critical Elements to see that they have again touched .46 cents overnight ....which prior to April 30th 2019 when it hit .45 cents , it hadn't seen the price of .46 cents since 7th October 2016 !
