I use Insight Trader with free EOD data from comsec and Iress viewpoint for watching live charts. I don't really have a need to pay for live data for Insight Trader as EOD scans suit my trading plan. I've used Incredible Charts in the past and their pre-programmed scans were ok but it was far too slow to go through large numbers of charts(it has likely changed since I tried it so it may well be better now). Iguana Spark comes highly recommended from professional traders and then there's Metastock which I assume people still use. There are plenty of options available
