    I bought in three months ago at 98c based on Allan Grays Dec 2018 quarterly report that details their reasoning for buying into PPC and suddenly up 20% the last few weeks on good volume (today). Is this just a post-election boost (negative gearing safe) and lower interest rates coming and APRA helping the banks, or is there more to it, I wonder?
