Would like clarity on their proposed timelines from their corporate update in March. Share price went stale after that was released.
Are they going to follow it dogmatically ie FID H22020? If the high impact areas are all addressed in q32019, surely the DFS is just a formality? Shouldn't we just update the pfs and focus primarily on offtake and funding? DFS is going on in the background as a worst case scenario? Aspects of the pfs are already at dfs level ie reserves used in mine life no?
Other question, what is actually going on in terms of finance? What does the board see as the most realistic method of financing the proposed 2Mtpa operation? Do we have any actual viable options atm, what do they look like roughly, debt/equity/jv? If no, when does the board intend on taking on a corporate advisor to facilitate debt funding discussions? Are we actively engaging with any other potential equity interests other than Changsha, how early are negotiations? What's happening with Anand, he still onboard? Offtake and partner negotiations, we pivoting away from China or solely focused on them?
Any information brought back to HC would be great. Thanks in advance Perth people.
