anz overhang

As the prospectus offer is still 'live' but fast closing, Ivan and the Board may like to update shareholders about the ANZ overhang. The prospectus in 12.20 says ANZ as at the date of the prospectus (being 26 May 2008) has some 2,705,010 shares being 9.895% which are likely to be sold on DVM being requoted.

Other than the prospectus there has been no announcement by either ANZ or DVM since the earlier 13 May 2008 ASX announcement that would lead the market to think the shares have moved, or there is an agreement to buy or place them or in any way, or the circumstances are in any way different to that represented in the prospectus.
