To my understanding, you have to control over 5% of listed shares to qualify in the technical sense as a substantial holder to merit change in substantial shareholder notices. Fotios with around 14.6m shares only controlled around 1.34% directly under his name.
His mother had I think from memory around 38.5m shares, even that falls under 5% of the register, combined though it does take them close, holding around 4.87% of all issued shares.
This is why IMO we haven't received any change in substantial shareholder notices.
