Can't see a reason myself for flow data being sensitive. In a standard mining situation the size of the resource and the extraction parameters are fundamental to investment and/or JV decisions. Here the flow rate is an essential part of the equation, without which no rational decision to participate (or not) can be made. The idea is to let everyone know what a great resource you have, thus encouraging competition. Would you sell a house but refuse to show pictures of it?
