Hi everybody,
remember the Lift Capital crash and the selling of PDN shares by ML?
Paladin announced that it may take legal action on that.

The three day trial is scheduled to commence on June 23.
I wouldn't be surprised if the sp will be kept at the current level till this trial is over.
It looks like ML is trying to buy back the shares at a low level they sold in April.
any opinion on that?
