CR would be good with a combination of sophisticated investor money and general shareholder investment in my opinion.
Might be a good idea to raise funds after some work progresses at Billy Hills and possibly lifts price higher to reduce dilution outcome. This would make more sense. Raise cash into an improving mkt cap instead of previous method as price degraded.
