Quality control of the game.
If you have 350 games out at once you can't keep up the comments and complaining from customers. Also updates and new features.
Like i said Appxplore is customer focused and has obviously picked that game to bring back into the market because it has 4.4 star rating.
Lots of those other games don't look awesome just casual games, all IMO.
