any ideas why would these options be executed?? 25cents is almost double of current market share price. I'm guessing since it was converted before the record date, they would be eligible to the 12 cents shares. also, they probably wouldnt want to buy it off the market since it might spike the share price. but its only 320,000 shares.. unless they know something we don't and expect share price to go up in the medium term.
