They have released no scientific work that reasonably backs the explosive claim that "Bacteria do not form resistance to BTX 1801". There is a "may" up in the heading to that dot point but it apparently was not enough cover for what by itself seems to be an absolute statement. I think the testing by the Uni of Qld boffins would have only used a limited range of bacteria over a limited period of time under certain conditions. But the claim made in the presentation gives no sense of those sorts of limits.
If that statement were to be read as saying all bacteria never in any circumstances form resistance to BTX 1801, which is one way the statement could be interpreted, then implicit comparisons of Botanix with BHP would not be so ridiculous.
