Whilst I'd like to see more sales agreements & +ve FCFE, I believe that 3DP under 3.8c relative to the position are in is "cheap". The raise at 4.2c reiterates that.
I probably won't top up between 4-4.5c as it's around my average price & I have a decent exposure to such a spec play. It's about your personal risk profile & tolerance.
Hopefully see some sales agreements follow on rather than a CR which is probably what has prompted the sell off. I'd guess another $1.2m before costs @ 3.8c.
