    Kitty, I'm very glad you mentioned "Our Money" argument. I too have met and talked to a lot of people, especially the young, that don't believe or realised Super money is their money. Because of this, I thought the Labor FC policy would be bypassed, as most people don't know how it effects them. I am also glad the silent majority came to the same conclusion as I am.

    I have TLS both in my personal and Super investment. End of day, Super is more tax effective, but, it takes a longer time to "realised". And realistically speaking, CGT of 15% of 1 year holding is not that much, versus 10% CGT in Super. I'll rather pay the extra 5% and be able to enjoy them when I need them and not be held for ransom by the potential Super changes. As for 0% pension mode, its a discussion for another day, should any political party start mentioning that. For now, 0% is the correct decision for the electorate.
