CW standing down from her CEO position has freed up a lot of time for her to focus on sales, she discussed this in a podcast recently, may be worth a listen. No longer having to directly deal with issues around compliance, regulatory requirements etc.. has seemingly already had a positive impact.

CW had achieved quite a lot off her on back prior to the mass hiring they did last year.. A large amount of customer engagements, achieving highest order security certification (SOC2), established partnership with EXL Service (mult-billion market cap tech service provider)..

Clearly the rapid expansion model backfired and the subsequent pivot of their offering has smashed the share price subsequently.

Cash burn has been brought right into line since then and product focus refined.
