I missed that too - just looked at the votes against, which was 6.75%. So in theory, even if 25% of the shareholders own only 1% of the issued shares they could trigger a first strike or board spill. The rule as it stands seems to leave the door open to manipulation ...... but then, we're used to that, aren't we
