It basically works like this if we do not get an counter offer then our best bid will be voting for a a big no to push the take offer up.
If this project is as good as we think it is then a counter offer will emerge in my opinion
We will be fools not to vote the current offer down as I do not think west will walk away.
They will up it in my opinion the first offer for a 1 tier resource should not changing hands this cheap.
And the saying goes the first offer is never the last.
By voting now we have little to loose.
But instigate the possibility of an higher offer.
And remember the gold resource we have going with it.
