    The company was never worth $4.70 it was a broker beatup.

    The company is most probably worth about what it is now.

    Any more suspect hidden negative announcements try $1.00

    Any problems with drug developement try 50c

    If you can, lighten up and sit back I reckon unless you can handle risk with a possible high return.
