I am encouraged that you think RIO is a short. I have been sweating my risky position (in hindsight). Last year I sold 3 naked Jun04 $36 Puts and received over $1.00 for them. However they have been causing me some worry recently with no obvious chaep way of reducing the risk.
So I certainly hope your right that it does pull back a bit.
