Thanks for that universal statement on a country of a billion people. I wonder what the Australian High Commission in India has to say, you know an actual authority on the subject.

Has the company experienced any of this holding back from thinly resourced institutions, or bureaucracy susceptible to arbitrary interference (NITI Aayog perhaps)?

Has the company in its dealings experienced endemic corruption shaped by political tradition with faith in Government intervention rather than the efficiency of markets?

Was the company in its dealings with the Australian High Commission in India warned about any of this sort of behaviour or did it deal with all entities in good faith?
