I'm confused. cycle bottom are you really saying that you are riding on the U price being $35 a pound soon ? Do you know how long it's been since this price was achieved? If this is what you are hanging your hopes on then I just can't see this as intelligent. I have seen years of hopes discussed on the PDN threads of the U price turning due to increased reactors , the end of Japanese stock piles, shinzo Abe turning reactors back on etc etc. Yet the price has not even gone over The high $20s In all that time. I cannot see a catalyst that makes a U price over $28 imminent.
