Hi Slap,
You have to let it go through to the keeper.
There is a vast cross section of personalities on a forum like this and although human nature makes one want to respond, you have to be tolerant of the variety of personalities and reasons for being on hc.
I appreciate the work you do and have seen incredibly valuable information posted on hc over the last 18 months by yourself and many other posters.
I do about 70 hours of research/reading and working on my share trading business each week including time on hc and I have broadened my knowledge beyond expectations through other people's posts on hc.
I have seen many a good poster come undone(suspensions/being banned etc) by responding emotionally to the comments of others but it's a matter of remaining focussed on the task of identifying value in a stock and forgetting the various challenges to your comments that they will invariably generate.
Another great guy that was banned was King Hadi, who let the negative comments of a non stock holder on the Gondwana threads get the better of him and he let fly only to get into further trouble with the administrators. He was passionate and responded emotionally as happens from time to time with passionate people but he was permanently banned.
I have nearly walked away from hc myself but I was encouraged to stay on which I have done. my previous career in government dealt day to day with negative people and I choose now to not get into the verbal attack and defence dialogue,
I encourage you to also.
remain focussed, tolerant and accepting of human nature is what I try to do. There is no shortage of non stock holders who will have a crack at whatever somebody who does the hard yards and holds a stock may say. MXR GDA and FMS ( and no doubt many others), have all been the subject of non stock holders getting under the skin of those with a position.
MNM has a bright future from my research and observations, regardless of whether someone loves it or hates it, for what ever reason, for or against.
