So is it actually a company operated by Cicero?

They get administration fees, rent payments, consultancy fees, Directors fees without having to be overly concerned about whether the Family Insights succeeds or fails. Plus they can then provide services to restructure the listing if necessary.

Not sure whether Sean is now in Brisbane or Perth. But the bonus must have been to help him relocate. This move was meant to bring significant advantages re the development of the company.
