Nothing new (that I can see) for those who are across the project mate, but sometimes retail investors need it simplified as a lot of these details have been sprinkled in other reports - this is a just a better summary of the Petroleum Resources Management System and how it is relates to LCK'S reserve.
No doubt that they would have had a lot of correspondence with shareholders last week with some of the speculation on this forum, and this outlines exactly what the PRMS means. Even it people did believe some of the misinformation, you would at least hold on to see if commercial agreements are executed - which looking between the lines are imminent. The approval process for the next stage isn't on the radar for now, the relevancy with the DEM at the moment is ensuring that there are no environmental concerns with the PCD decommissioning.
