OK well I disagree.

The point is not to reduce complications but to AVOID them completely.
That's what no calcification means!!

It means not needing expensive surgery to replace, a colossal saving.

In particular it also means low-risk patients (young and otherwise healthy) will achieve optimal outcomes.
It means quality of life for patients just with a change in clinical practice and purchasing decisions.

It is clear that entrenched interests have been a very powerful factor holding back AHZ on successful marketing (discussed above and in other threads), and the planets are aligning for that to no longer be the case. The publication in the leading medical journal is going to be a tipping point IMO.
