The EDC's will be issueing any contracts and NOT the Gov't. The Vic roll-out dates still stand 5% 2009, 35% 2010, 90% 2011, 100% 2012.
I don't know about NSW. The rest of the states will follow but not lead, let Vic and NSW iron out the bugs.

BAYARD WILL NOT get 100% as the EDC's like to have a few different players so not to get a monopoly and therefore put themselves into the corner re future price rises.

With the PRI partnership they will get a % of the market, it is how much and more importantly what will be INT's cut.

These new guys will be looking at the whole picture but the last lot may have done some very bad deals re margins.

That is why when I asked the question at AGM / EGM and on the phone they did not answer. I think Black and Bennett should be investigated by ASIC, at least with their NON DISCLOSURE re their shares. THROW the book at the SWINES I SAY.

The globes, especially the CFL downlights will be a real winner as these are unique and no other competitor has them. With the plain CFL's there are many players and it is up to the EDC's to try and get consumers to buy EM as the others impact the GRID. The customer does not give a Sh!t re impact on the grid. All incandelescents will have to be out by 2010 so they cannot wait until the end.
