APPEA won't affect the timing of any announcements; as soon as a material event occurs CVN will let us know as per ASX continuous disclosure rules. They can't (and won't) time announcements for release at conferences, nor can they delay them until the boss is in the office. Probably still too early though, as others have pointed out.
