Scottie, from what I read in your response (and your response is totally understandable), I have to assume that you have not been in CVI very long. What jerman states is totally consistent with the way MS operates. I think also you should note that the our success in Angola dpends on this sort of behaviour. Be it from a CEO or a politician (Nelson Mandela - was very approachable).

Now MS just does this naturally, he does not switch off when in Europe - does it consistently - this make him genuine. It is that attribute that folks in Angola sense and therefore trust him.
