To me it's a good announcement. CVN should report straight and true without too much icing on top like they did.

Increased resistivity normally is because of either tight reservoir (non-porous) or hydrocarbon presence. Increased resistivity with porous reservoir means hydrocarbon. They washed down the hole with LWD drilling string to continue drilling, the logging can be fast, and LWD is not treated as final logging (even though LWD tools are really good, match well with wireline). So, good sign, should TD soon and know wireline results over the weekend.
